The Anzy Hiring Technique
Competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing…These are just a few of the words that aptly describe the world of hiring. When looked upon from an overall perspective, hiring doesn’t seem too challenging, but in reality, it’s more like a battle of persuasion where factors like network, influence and industry trends play a key role.

Whether you’re a founder who’s looking to hire good candidates or a Human Resource Manager trying to acquire the best talent for your company, the right hiring technique is all you need to achieve your hiring goals.
What's a hiring technique?
If you’re still following the Resume -> Interview-> Hiring-> process welcome to New-Age hiring, where hiring goes beyond conventional measures and results are 100% evident.
A hiring technique is a combination of tools and strategies that a recruiter uses to find the best talent for their or the client’s company. These techniques can vary depending on the approach and the goals set by the recruiter.
Some techniques focus on finding employees to meet the employer’s demand while others work towards providing employers with relevant talent that helps the company reach their goals efficiently.
To be able to find and provide the right talent for various startups and MNCs, we at Anzy Global have created a unique technique of our own. It is not just limited to tools and strategies but also entails detailed derivations and human intervention.
Here's our Proven Hiring Process
A Unique interview process
Most HR professionals don’t fully utilize the potential of an interview. Instead, they just stick to the conventional ways and ask general questions that provide a basic overview of the candidate’s career.
Our team on the other hand takes this opportunity to not just understand the candidate’s career journey but also to learn about the candidate’s goals, interests, ambitions, and most of all their outlook towards a job or responsibilities.
With these insights, we are not just able to find the candidate that could get your job done but also stay in the company for longer.
Understanding the work culture of companies
Every company has a unique work culture that enables the employees to feel comfortable and channelize their efforts towards growth. Healthy work culture also encourages employees to be able to present their ideas and suggestions to the table. This helps both the company and candidates to move towards progress at a steady pace.
To identify the culture of a company we start by interviewing the founder. In the process, we try to understand their vision for the company and outlook towards hiring. Next, we speak to the HR manager or any other key member of the company to get an insight on factors like the company’s approach, employee benefits, work-life balance, and competitiveness.
Once we have got all the information, we create a company profile that describes the organization well. In some cases, we also suggest changes or reforms that could improve the company’s branding and make hiring easier in the long run.

Setting the right hiring targets
When hiring most founders prefer sticking to their budget and end up hiring wrong. Inevitably, this creates challenges or hurdles that slow down the progress of the company. This is where Anzy Global comes into the picture.
Over the years, we have worked with many different companies varying in size and operations. This has enabled us to learn about the amount of workforce required for a division to function efficiently. In some cases, we have also learned how companies manage to get the work done efficiently and without demanding extra hours from the employees just by hiring smartly.
Combining these and many other learnings we can find the right team members and at the same time suggest the best possible hiring solutions to companies.
For instance, if an e-commerce startup is looking to hire a new team for managing their app, they might not be able to choose between the number of programmers and coders required for app development. In such situations, our vertical-experts analyze the needs of the company while considering the existing workforce of the company, and recommend the number of employees and experts that are required.
Hiring process
Unlike most companies, we follow a distinctive hiring process that combines a lot of different aspects that help us find the best candidates. Furthermore, there are some of the key factors that we consider during the process.
To begin with, we don’t refer to the conventional job boards and job portal methods. As we have found out, judging a candidate based on his or her resume is not just dangerous but there are chances of losing a good candidate too.
Therefore, we developed a peer-to-peer hiring process. In this process, we utilize our widespread network of candidates and recruiters to find candidates suitable for a particular company.
The process starts by understanding our client’s requirements and conveying them to the respective vertical head. After understanding the requirement well the vertical head will then connect with the kind of people who could be or would know the kind of candidate the client is looking for.
Once we have found the candidate, we call them for an interview at our office and try to get an idea of their career journey, knowledge, and most of all career goals. We also convey the client’s key requirements to the candidate while also clearing any doubts or questions they might have. Doing so helps us to save our clients time and shorten their hiring process.
If the vertical-head feels that the candidate qualifies all the requirements, he or she will then arrange for an interview between the client and the candidate. We also give an informative heads up to the clients so that they are well-informed about the candidate’s expectations and demands.

Final Thoughts
Hiring is a mere term that limits a recruitment company’s role in providing human resources to a company. But at Anzy Global, we believe that a recruitment company and the founder should be more aligned when it comes to finding employees. They should be able to identify the challenges and growth possibilities that could be solved and achieved by hiring people of a specific mindset.
